Colin is a Kinesiologist, a Master Instructor at RevInMo, and a Tier X coach at Equinox. We talk about how Colin got into what eventually became his profession through Danish traditional folk dancing as a child; Colin discovered that his true calling in life was teaching movement. He also taught us how the coil technique can be used to efficiently exchange energy in sports, dance, and all-around movement.
